I've been attending psychotherapy for a few weeks now, where I'm trying to deal with these states along with anxiety support, but the advice/tricks I receive from the psychotherapist don't work, because once an anxiety attack occurs, there is no room in my head to calm down, with possible attempts and using the knowledge from therapy, breathing exercises don't help, Even the fact that I personally know that nothing is happening and it will pass one day, even that doesn't help.
