I apologize in advance for the large amount of text, but I couldn't summarize it more.
Hello, I'm 21 years old and I've recently been struggling with an embarrassing problem. Namely, I've been having potency problems for about half a year. Erection is often incomplete, and sometimes it doesn't want to appear at all, which of course leads to unpleasant disappointment during intercourse, my girlfriend is very understanding, but I can't come to terms with it. I haven't had such problems before, I would even say that it was quite the opposite. I don't drink, I don't smoke, I do sports regularly, I also take care of my diet. The internist ordered me to test my urine, tsh, cholesterol, and other basic things, everything came out very well. I also went to a urologist, but he didn't know how to help me (he immediately prescribed me siladefil), and I don't want to support myself with some medication before the intercourse, but to be completely cured and fully fit on a daily basis. I also did testosterone tests and they came out as normal as possible. I've considered many possibilities, including psychogenic ones, however. I used to have morning erections every time, during the day they were also often spontaneous, sometimes even irritating. And now I don't have any mornings at all, and I don't have any mornings during the day either. Over time, it was varied, sometimes it was possible to have intercourse, but I felt that the erection was not full, sometimes it simply refused to obey halfway, pumped out to zero, and e.g. after 15 minutes it returned to the efficiency that allowed me to continue intercourse. In general, I have the impression that the blood does not want to flow there, it does it very slowly, and it drains in the blink of an eye. I drink a lot of water, take care of vitamin supplements, supplement zinc. I don't think it's a circulatory problem, I have more the impression that the right impulses don't want to reach the penis, I also tried l-arginine supplementation but it didn't help, I admit that I've had quite a stressful time recently (session, exams), but I've had worse situations so I don't think it could affect me that much.
