Good morning, please inform me if it is completely safe to take the following medications? (I take metformine for prediabetes, Bixebre for sinus tachycardia, clatre for allergy, and now I have been prescribed additional famogast and ketotifen due to a very strong allergy not responding to 4x Clatra and protective of suspected systemic mastocytosis-I am waiting for the test results). In the search engine of both Polish and foreign interaction, the interaction pops up, m.in. between Famogast and Bixebra (risk of bradycardia, arrhythmias?!) and between ketotifen and metformin (drop in platelets?!) - the question is how dangerous and real are such side effects? Please comment, whether the set of drugs (I will describe below) prescribed to me by doctors certainly will not harm me? I told the doctor about the interactions I saw on the internet, but he laughed at me.... Metformax 750 XR (1 tablet per night) Bixebra 7.5 mg (1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening) Clatra 20 mg (2 tabl in the morning and 2 tabl in the evening) Famogast 20 mg (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening) Ketotifen 1 mg (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening)
