I started a treatment with Pylera + Helides (I don't take any other medications).

Helides 40mg (28 capsules) - according to the doctor's documentation and prescription, the use is one capsule per day (1x1) for 28 days.

However, the doctor wrote me separately on a piece of paper that I should use 2x1, i.e. two capsules. per day (30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner) for 14 days. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this discrepancy earlier.

In the Pylera leaflet it is written that you should use a Helides drug 2 times a day, but in a dose of 20mg (not 40mg).
