Perhaps the symptoms you feel are not related to hormone deficiency - then the treatment is not effective. It should be borne in mind that usually such treatment brings effects only after about 4 weeks from the start of therapy. Perhaps, in your case, you still have to wait for the effects. If you do not feel any improvement, please consult your doctor. It may be necessary to change the way of treatment.
