Discontinuation of treatment after prostate biopsy - what can be the consequences?

3 mc ago after biping of the crocudal gland my PSA was 21 n / g and now after injecting librex and taking APO FLUTAM dropped to normal but I am worried about quite frequent hot flashes which is very tiring and I stopped treatment without the consent of the APO doctor Flutam without reporting at the same time for a second dose of librexy My question concerns the prognosis of discontinuation of treatment
