Simpramol has no addictive potential. It is used to treat: - generalized anxiety disorders (anxiety characterized by excessive and uncontrollable worry about everyday matters); - disorders occurring in the somatic (bodily) form, i.e. physical discomfort not related or insufficiently related to the physical cause, e.g. stomach cramp, diarrhea, sweating); In my opinion and pharmacological knowledge, drugs with proven effectiveness in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (that is, compulsiveness) are serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). These are primarily sertraline, fluvoxamine, paroxetine and citalopram and escitalopram. The doctor, on the other hand, on the basis of medical history and test results, may recommend the use of the drug. Therefore, if you are prescribed a medication, it should be used in accordance with medical recommendations.
