What headache medication to use when treating HRT ?

I take eoklep and ladybon for menopause and I have a headache. What headache medications can I take so that they do not reduce the action of hormones.

The first-line drug for the treatment of pain during the use of hormonal agents is paracetamol, available e.g. in Apap, Panadol drugs.
