Should I discontinue Olfen SR because of diarrhea?

After the second day of use of OLFEN 100 SR, diarrhea and slight abdominal pain occurred. I take protective drugs. Should I stop taking OLFEN? I will add that the doctor recommended taking it 14 days.

Gastrointestinal complaints are a very popular side effect of the drug Olfen.
