Can missing 1 tablet of Bijuva cause spotting or midcyclic bleeding?

Good morning, the fourth month I take HRT, the second drug Bijuva. I've been bleeding for a few days now, which resembles menstruation. There is no attending physician until the end of the month, so I have no one to consult. I'm not sure I missed one dose. Could this have caused immediate bleeding and persisted for a few days? Best regards.

Thank you very much for the information. I have one more question. The orthopedist prescribed me Biofenac, can it be taken in parallel with Bijuva?

If you forget to take 1 tablet of Bijuva, the risk of side effects such as bleeding or mid-cycle spotting increases. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/112639/bijuva-kapsulki/apteki In addition, irregular spotting and bleeding may occur during the first few months of using Bijuva (usually 3-6 months). This is related to the adaptation period of the body to the use of hormonal drugs. In the event that the bleeding will be prolonged or intense, I encourage you to consult a doctor. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/htz-hormonalna-terapia-zastepcza-w-menopauzie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/hormonalna-terapia-zastepcza-htz
