Can I take Sudafed if I take Concerta, Promethazine and Escitalopram?

I currently have an allergy treatment. Can I take Sudafed (60mg pseudoephedrine) if I take Concerta 54mg + Escitalopram 20mg + Promethazine 15mg?

According to the available information, taking Sudafed while taking Concerta, Escitalopram, Promethazine is not indicated due to the risk of interdrug interactions.
