According to available sources, the combined use of Tianesal, Propranolol WZF, Pragiola, Sympramo and Rosutrox does not lead to a risk of significant drug interactions. A simplified dosage regimen of drugs is presented below: - in the morning: Tianesal, Propranolol, Pragiola - south: Tianesal, Propranolol, Simpramol - evening: Tianesal, Propranolol, Pragiola, Rosutrox Tianesal should be taken before a meal, Pragiola during a meal, while other drugs regardless of the meal. An interval of about 7 hours should be maintained between subsequent doses of drugs (e.g. 7:00, 14:00, 21:00).
