I live in England and I had a video consultation with a Polish psychiatrist who prescribed me Escitalopram Actavis 10 mg. I showed the e-prescription to the English Gp and prescribed me on the basis of escitalopram erecepta 10mg film coated. Is it the same drug?

You received a prescription for an equivalent, or a substitute - the active ingredient and the dosage are the same. The difference in the name does not matter - "Actavis" means the name of the manufacturer, and in the case of the drug prescribed in England, the footnote "film coated" means only a film-coated tablet.
