Was it Probaflor? or Primaflor? .... Probaflor probiotic is not found in Polish pharmacies. Both Sanprobi Barrier and Primaflor GG are dietary supplements. This means that they serve to supplement possible deficiencies that we can not supplement with the diet. They do not cure! Sanprobi Barrier contains 9 bacterial strains, the total number of bacteria is 2.5 billion living bacterial cells. We use for adults: 2-4 capsules a day. More information about Sanprobi Barrier: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95137/sanprobi-barrier-kapsulki/apteki Primaflor contains 1 bacterial strain, the total number of bacteria is 6 billion living bacterial cells. In addition, it also contains a substance that facilitates their growth. We use 1-2 capsules a day. More information about Primaflor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/104285/primaflor-gg-kapsulki/apteki In case of problems with the intestines, irritable bowel (diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc.), the best choice will be a preprat with a strain of Lactobacillus plantarum. The only preparation is Sanprobi IBS. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/69126/sanprobi-ibs-kapsulki/apteki Useful link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/probiotyki-czy-warto-stosowac-leki-oslonowe https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/probiotyki-sanprobi
