You did not write what drug you are talking about. If you mean Forxiga, it is a product that contains dapagliflozin, for which beneficial effects have been shown in type 2 diabetes, in chronic heart failure in adult patients with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction and in chronic kidney disease.
