Can Elicea cause you to wake up at night and lower your dopamine levels?

Good morning, I have been taking elicea 10 mg for 3 weeks. I have two questions: 1. Can the drug cause you to wake up at night? 2. Can the drug lower the level of dopamine (and so I have a problem with motivation and concentration) and worsen the porblemy with the performance of actions? I'm being treated for depression.

Escitil is a drug that works by inhibiting serotonin reuptake. In the case of preparations from this group, the incidence of side effects is greatest at the beginning of treatment. Among the side effects of Escitil there are sleep disorders, the use of the drug can lead to waking up at night. If waking up at night results in insomnia, it is recommended to try taking the drug in the morning. According to current medical knowledge, escitalopram does not lower dopamine levels.
