When does Tianesal start working? Can palpitations result from the use of Tianesal?
Hello. I take tianisal 2×day 2 tablets in the morning and one in the evening is the 3rd week of taking this drug. For this I take lerivon and symle in the evening. The question is when the drug will start to work and I will not feel an irritability nerve and I will want to do something because so far, unfortunately, this is not the case. In addition, in the afternoon I have some palpitations. Best regards

In some patients, the effects may appear later.
