Can omega-3s cause a change in the color of urine?

Is the bright yellow color of urine with Omega 3 supplementation a cause for concern? Good morning, I supplement daily with Omega 3, specifically: Vitamin E (natural D-alpha-tocopherol): 4.02 mg natural fish oil concentrate: 6000 mg OMEGA 3 polyunsaturated acids: 2040 mg Including: EPA: 1080 mg DHA: 720 mg however, a significant change in urine color occurs already at 1/3 of these doses. Is this any cause for concern? Best regards.

I don't find any studies that confirm that omega-3s can change the color of urine. The intense yellow color of urine may be the result of dehydration or the use of other agents, e.g. vitamin B2 or carotenoids (it is worth checking the composition of the said supplement for their presence). If these possibilities are excluded, it is worth performing a control urine test.
