Is it possible to use ivabradine and escitalopram at the same time?

Hello, is it possible to combine the drugs depralin and ivabradine? Ivabradine dose 5 mg, depralin 10 mg. I saw in the leaflet that both drugs have as one of the side effects the prolongation of the QT segment. In the Holter ECG, the length of the QT section was normal. The psychiatrist when writing down the drug depralin knew my medical history (tachycardia, supraventricular chestoscus). However, I wanted to make sure that such a combination of drugs is used or not recommended. Best regards

Concomitant use of escitalopram (Depralin) and ivabradine has the potential to induce torsade de pointes, a variant of ventricular tachycardia. When using this type of drug combination in patients with arrhythmias, special care should be taken and remain under the constant supervision of a cardiologist. If the psychiatrist, knowing the full history of the disease, recommended the use of the said drugs, then you should follow these recommendations. In case of any doubts or disturbing symptoms on the part of the cardiovascular system, you should seek the advice of a cardiologist.
