What analgesics can be used during therapy with Elicea and Pramolan?

Can I take ibuprom 400mg when taking elicea 5mg and pramolan 50mg? I have sick sinuses and the doctor just prescribed me ibuprom but I read that it is forbidden to take anti-pain drugs at elicea maybe it is better to take paracetamol?

During treatment with Elicea (escitalopram), it is safest to use preparations with paracetamol (e.g. Apap) or metamizole (e.g. Pyralgina). Be careful about combining Elicea with NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as Ibuprom, Ketonal, Dexak, Aspirin, as this increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. There are no interactions between Elicea in conjunction with nimesulide (Nimesil). The most dangerous combination is Elicea with Tramadol (eg Tramal, Doreta) - there may be an increased risk of convulsions and serotonin syndrome (m.in headaches, vomiting, hallucinations, tachycardia). It is also contraindication to combine Elicea with anti-migraine drugs from the group of triptans (eg Sumaptriptan - Cinie, Sumigra) - this causes an increased risk of hypertension and serotonin syndrome. Pramolan does not interact with ibuprofen or paracetamol.
