Can Metronidazole cause the appearance of white vesicles in the throat?

I use Metronidazole and Albothyl at the same time, the drugs were prescribed to me by a gynecologist because of the results of cytology. After 5 tablets of Metronidazole, I had white vesicles in my throat and a feeling of these blisters in my throat. Is it an allergic reaction? What does it mean?
