After taking vitamin B12 in injections, could I feel the effects only on the 2-3rd day? I felt very bad then and I had m.in e.g. pressure drop, difficulty swallowing, breathing, even worse weakness / fatigue than before the injection, flatulence, palpitations, pain in the cage, shortness of breath, trembling as if I was cold ...

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the symptoms listed in the question are not described as side effects of vitamin B12: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/83194/vitaminum-b12-wzf-iniekcja/ulotka/19797 If you are concerned about the effect of the drug, it is best to talk about it with the attending physician who has been acquainted in detail with your state of health. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the preparation. Reporting side effects increases control over commercially available medicines.
