Can I use CuE drops for otitis during pregnancy?

Is it possible to use CUE ear drops at 7 weeks of pregnancy and be sure that they will not harm the baby? 2 weeks earlier, I treated otitis externa with these droplets and Mupirox ointment( recommendation from the family doctor), but from the gynecologist I heard that it was not the best choice among antibiotics in pregnancy. The week was calm and now in the ear begins to tickle again, some delicate discharge begins to ooze.

None of the components of CuE ear drops appear to have a detrimental effect on the developing fetus. The more so because the effect of the drug is local, and the risk of possible ingress of its components into the general circulation is small. As for Mupirox, the manufacturer states: "Mupirox should not be used during pregnancy unless clearly necessary." In the first place, it is worth using CuE drops, if the treatment is not effective, then consult a doctor and discuss the legitimacy of the implementation of Mupirox ointment.
