The medicinal product Contained in Pralex escitalopram does not have blood-thinning properties. As for the change in body weight, more often this drug causes an increase in body weight, however, weight loss is also mentioned among the side effects - the mentioned side effect was observed less often than in 1 patient in 100, but more often than in 1 in 1000.
