Is it normal that after vaccination, blood appeared at the puncture site?

Maz was on vaccination the second dose of Pfizer, this time the vaccination itself hurt and there is blood on the patch and at the place of inclusion, does it mean that a blood vessel was hit?

The skin is vascularized, each interruption of its continuity results in the occurrence of minor bleeding. During vaccination, there is a puncture of the skin shell, which is associated with the appearance of blood. There is no reason to worry, post-vaccination edema disappears after about 1-2 days.
