Can I return the medicine if after returning home it turned out that it has only two months of useful life?

Can I return the drug if after returning home it turned out that the drug has only two months of usefulness (eye drops that properly stored after opening can be used for up to 6 months)? Christopher

Jeśli przy zakupie nie został Pan poinformowany o dosyć krótkiej dacie ważności i nie odbyła się rozmowa na temat tego, w jaki sposób będzie Pan stosować lek oraz w jakim czasie zostanie zużyty preparat, to może Pan w mojej ocenie spróbować złożyć reklamację. Takie przypadki są rozpatrywane indywidualnie, gdyby lek był przeterminowany lub wadliwy, to sytuacja byłaby jednoznaczna.
