What effect do Inflanefran Forte drops have?

Hi I would like to know what effect have eye drops INFLANEFRAN FORTE which includes Prednisolone and the same tablets Prednisolone 50mg.mam iritis drops did not help and I was assigned tablets. Thank you and best regards.

Inflanefran Forte nie jest lekiem zarejestrowanym w Polsce i nie ma dostępnej dokumentacji polskojęzycznej. Na podstawie innych źródeł może odpowiedzieć, że są to krople do oczu stosowana u dorosłych w leczeniu ciężkiego niezakaźnego zapalenie oka, zapalenia rogówki, błony naczyniowej oka, tęczówki i ciała rzęskowego, zapalenie po operacjach oka.

Inflanefran Forte zawiera octan prednizolonu - glikokortykosteroid, który ma silne działanie przeciwzapalne, ponadto zmniejsza obrzęk, rozszerzenie naczyń krwionośnych i ogranicza bliznowacenie.

Krople oczne działają wyłącznie miejscowo, a prednizolon w postaci tabletek będzie wywierał efekty ogólnoustrojowe - na cały organizm, także na tkanki oka.
