W przebiegu zakażenia H.pylori mogą pojawić się dolegliwości dyspeptyczne, bóle brzucha, pieczenie języka.
Stosujemy terapie: IPP+metronidazol+ amoksycylina stosowane 2xdz przez 10dni. Kwestia bialkomoczu to niezależny temat. Przyczyn może być wiele. Na pewno warto poszerzyć diagnostykę o panel nerkowy oraz powtórzyć raz jeszcze badanie moczu. Jeśli towarzyszyły Pani objawy dyzzuryczne to sugeruje zakażenie układu moczowego. Koniecznie trzeba skontaktować wyniki z lekarzem prowadzącym.
