Can feelings of euphoria be a side effect of using Escitalopram and Trittico?

Good morning, I take escitalopram 10mg along with Trittico 75mg( one third of the dose) from mid-June. There is a significant improvement, but I still do not feel episodic medications (2-5 per day). I also have states of euphoria (as with falling in love) overinterpret events. Should I see a doctor in this situation, or is it normal to work with these medicines?

Objawy, o których Pan pisze to skutki uboczne terapii lekami Escitalopram i Trittico. Zaobserwowane działania niepożądane warto zgłosić swojemu lekarzowi, zwłaszcza gdy jest Pan na początku terapii.
Ponieważ nadal miewa Pan leki w ciągu dnia - tym bardziej warto porozmawiać z lekarzem, być może specjalista zdecyduje o modyfikacji sposobu dawkowania leków.
