Na zatkany nos podczas stosowania leku Tianesal można stosować preparaty z oksymetazoliną czy ksylometazoliną:

Warto wybrać te preparaty, które oprócz wspomnianej substancji czynnej zawierają jeszcze składniki nawilżające czy regenerujące śluzówkę, np. dekspantenol bądź kwas hialuronowy.

Dotychczas nie opisano, aby lek Tianesal powodował uczucie zatkanego nosa.
