Mesopral i Dexilant nie są swoimi odpowiednikami i nie działają w dokładnie ten sam sposób, dlatego o tym, który z nich będzie bardziej odpowiedni do Pani dolegliwości, decyduje lekarz zapoznany z Pani stanem zdrowia i dokumentacją medyczną.

Badania in vitro wykazały, że escitalopram może wykazywać słabe działanie hamujące na izoenzym CYP2C19. Zaleca się zachowanie ostrożności podczas leczenia skojarzonego z lekami metabolizowanymi z udziałem CYP2C19, np. lekiem Mesopral, gdyż może to prowadzić do wzrostu stężenia tych leków we krwi.
