Is it legal under Polish law for a pharmacist to sell a product without issuing a fiscal receipt?

Hi, can a medicinal product be sold in a pharmacy without a fiscal receipt? Someone in my family bought several medicinal products during one visit to the pharmacy, all of them except one on the fiscal receipt. The one that was not entered into the cash register and printed was added with a pen on the back of the receipt by a pharmacist. The pharmacist argued that this product was cheaper than if it had been sold on a receipt. Is such an action compatible with Polish law?

Nie, takie działanie nie jest zgodne z polskim prawem, gdyż od produktu, który został wydany poza paragonem nie został odprowadzony podatek - mówiąc prościej - nie został on "przepuszczony" przez kasę fiskalną.
Po wydaniu wszystkich preparatów aptecznych niezależnie od statusu farmaceuta zobowiązany jest potwierdzić ich sprzedaż wydając pacjentowi paragon fiskalny.
