Can Lactovaginal cause spotting and acidic odor vaginal secretions?

Can there be a gentle sloting with blood after lactovaginal? I also have another problem. Recently, I started using lactovaginal for the first time, which was written to me by a gynecologist because of the alkaline vaginal reagent. I also got gynalgin but I don't use it because I don't have itching or baking. I do not feel any pain or any signs of infection. Unfortunately, from the moment I started using lactovaginal that is 3 days there was a strange unpleasant smell. A little sour. It smells of some chemistry. After application, I secrete colorless mucus. Is this smell normal?

Lactovaginal może powodować miejscowe działania niepożądane jak swędzenie, pieczenie czy zwiększona ilość wydzieliny z pochwy. Zapach wydzieliny jest uwarunkowany indywidualnie. Być może obecność w preparacie bakterii kwasu mlekowego powoduje u Pani odczucie "kwaśności" zapachu wydzieliny:
