Jednoczesne przyjmowanie produktów leczniczych Contrahist (lewocetyryzyna) i Elicea Q-Tab (escitalopram) nie jest przeciwwskazane.
Należy jednak mieć świadomość, że równoczesne przyjmowanie lewocetyryzyny i escytalopramu może, choć nie musi, nasilać działania niepożądane, takie jak zawroty głowy, senność i trudności z koncentracją.
