Na tę chwilę nie ma potwierdzonych przeciwwskazań co do jednoczesnego stosowania Zinnatu oraz Extraspasminy. Warto jednak zachować odstęp czasowy pomiędzy przyjęciem jednego, a drugiego preparatu.
