Can I bet on Bijuva?

Good morning, I am a 51-year-old woman who has recently turned 51 and I have been in menopause for a year, I have been taking Biijva for two months because I had really strong hot flashes and I could no longer sleep at night.
Now I have small and bearable flashes but I have gained weight, I don't feel so good. Given that I have a proper diet. Can I quit these hormones? Thank you infinitely
