Can I substitute Esogno for Dobroson? Which one is more powerful?
9.99 zł

Hello, can I substitute Esogno 3 mg. Dobroson? Unfortunately, I ran out of Esogno and I was left with the second drug. Which one is stronger, or Esogno? Will the addition of e.g. Trazodone enhance the effect of Dobroson? Thank you in advance, best regards

Do not replace Esogno with Dobroson without consulting your doctor. These drugs are not substitutes.

Eszopiclone (Esogno active ingredient) is an S-enantiomer of zopiclone (Dobroson active ingredient) that exhibits a stronger hypnotic effect compared to zopiclone. Eszopiclone is more selective and, due to its stronger effect, can be administered in lower doses, which is why it has fewer side effects.

Trazodone and Dobroson are drugs with different mechanisms of action, but their combined use may increase side effects, including increased drowsiness. However, these drugs should not be combined unless recommended by a doctor, m.in due to the risk of respiratory depression.
