So far, these ingredients (Ginkgo Biloba, DMAE, Ashwagandha) have not been shown to interact with escitalopram (the active ingredient in Escipram) in clinical significance. However, it should be borne in mind that interactions between dietary supplement ingredients and drugs are not well studied and cannot be completely ruled out. Therefore, when starting any new dietary supplement, it is important to discuss it with your treating doctor, who will assess whether supplementation is necessary and safe in your case (taking into account individual health factors).

After the implementation of supplementation, you should observe the body's reaction and if you observe any alarming symptoms, discontinue the supplement and see a doctor. Therefore, it is also worth remembering to introduce supplementation of subsequent ingredients one at a time.
