Good morning
I have been diagnosed with IBS, can I take all of these drugs during the day and do they not interact with each other?
Forlax, ibesan, sanprobi IBS, sodium butyrate and fiber. Everything, of course, appropriate in the interval, nothing together

In general, these preparations should not interact significantly with each other when used as directed. However, you should always be careful and use them at intervals, as you have already mentioned.
As a pharmacist, I can give you general guidelines on the use of the following preparations in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS):
Forlax (macrogol) is an osmotic laxative used to treat constipation. Usually, 1-2 sachets are taken daily, preferably in the morning.

Ibesan (natural mineral clay, simethicone) is used to relieve IBS symptoms, particularly abdominal pain and bloating. It is usually used 1-3 times a day before meals. Due to the clay content, please keep a break of a few hours (at least 2-3 hours) with other drugs. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97562/ibesan-kapsulki/apteki
Sanprobi IBS is a probiotic that can help restore the balance of the gut microbiota. It is usual to take 1-2 capsules a day, preferably in the evening before bedtime. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/69126/sanprobi-ibs-kapsulki/apteki
Sodium butyrate promotes the regeneration of the intestinal epithelium and may alleviate IBS symptoms. It is usually used 1-2 times a day with meals. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/121382/protego-maslan-sodu-300-kapsulki/apteki
Fiber is often recommended in the diet of people with IBS, especially in the constipated form. In this case, please keep a break of a few hours (at least 2-3 hours) with other medications. Gastroenterologists often recommend soluble fiber that does not form a gel, such as Fibraxine. 1 Usually 1 sachet in the morning is used for at least 2 weeks: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/29714/fibraxine-proszek-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/apteki
It is worth remembering that IBS treatment is usually comprehensive and includes not only pharmacotherapy, but also diet and lifestyle modification. The Ministry of Health recommends the low FODMAP diet as a diet recommended for intestinal ailments. It consists in temporarily limiting the consumed products by eliminating from the diet those that have a high level of FODMAPs (fermentable oligo-di- and monosaccharides and polyols). There is no obligation to follow a Low-FODMAP diet. These are only recommendations. The elimination phase of the diet is only used to eliminate and later identify factors that irritate the intestines.
The gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain teleconsultations with an appropriate dietician specialist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-dietetykiem
Still, due to the individual nature of IBS and possible differences in response to medications, I strongly recommend that you consult this treatment regimen with your treating physician. The specialist will be able to adjust the therapy to your individual needs and monitor its effectiveness.
