Whether Escitalopram can cause anxiety?
I've been taking Escitalopram 10mg for over three weeks. I sleep better, but during the day I struggle with inner restlessness! Can this be caused by the tablets?

According to the information about the drug: "Some patients with panic disorder may experience an increase in anxiety symptoms in the initial period of treatment with antidepressants. This paradoxical reaction usually resolves within two weeks with continued treatment."
Anxiety is also a common side effect of Escitalopram - it occurs in up to 1 in 10 patients using the drug. It usually disappears over time, but if it persists, it is worth reporting it to your doctor.
