Can severe headache and cold sweats be a side effect of Omega 3?

Hey.
Recently, I tried to start supplementation with Omega 3 acids again and unfortunately once again I have the same ailment, namely after taking a capsule with fish oil, about 30 minutes later, I start to have a very bad headache. The whole thing begins to pulsate, as if it were about to explode from excess blood. In addition, hot/cold and cold sweats alternately. This takes about 2-3 hours. Does anyone have this too?

Theoretically, a preparation containing only Omega 3 acids should not cause the described ailments. The most common side effect is gastrointestinal disorders. Omega 3 can interact with anticoagulants, so if you are taking these types of medications, you should consult your doctor about the possibility of supplementing with Omega 3. Due to the severity of side effects indicating hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation, caution and discontinuation of the product and discussion of the problem with a doctor are advised.
