Is it possible that if I don't see an improvement after Escitalopram, another drug will help me with this condition?

Hello, I'm a girl, I'm 20 years old and the psychiatrist prescribed me escitalopram. However, I suspect that it is not an anxiety disorder, but anxiety (agitated) depression accompanied by tension. Is it possible that if I don't see an improvement after a drug, that another one will help me with this ailment, and this one is wrongly chosen? Best regards

Please take into account that it usually takes 2-4 weeks from starting Escitalopram to get the antidepressant effect and relieve anxiety symptoms.

If more time has passed and you do not feel any improvement, please contact the person who prescribed the drug.
