Can I supplement ecosynbiotic, omega-3 and B complex with Methotrexate?

I'm starting to take Methotrexate for juvenile indopathic arthritis and I would like to know if I can supplement myself with such as ecosymbiotic omega 3 vitamin b complex ?

There are no contraindications to supplementation with probiotics/prebiotics (Ecosynbiotic), omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins during treatment with Methotrexate. These are important nutrients that are also present in the daily diet.
