Is it better to take opipramol or pregabalin with escitalopram?

Hello. My aunt takes Escitalopram 15mg a day and still has slight anxiety. On top of that, she is going through menopause. One Psychiatrist prescribed her Opipramol and the other new Psychiatrist Pregabalin 75 mg 2x2. My aunt bought both prescriptions, but she's stressed out and doesn't know which psychiatrist is right which drug to include in escitalopram. She hadn't taken both yet. There are no panic attacks. Please reply urgently. Thanks in advance.

Since both Pregabalin and opipramol are prescription medications, the final decision should be made by your doctor.
