I was given the drug Beto 25 ZK , because of waking up at night with a strong pounding of the heart, generally arrhythmia accompanies me very often also during the day. I have to take this pill for the night. In addition, trittico 75mg, and in the morning escitalopram actavis 10mg.
I measured the pressure now and I have 129/79 and the pulse 66, the blood pressure monitor all the time shows that the pulse is uneven.
But if I take it Beto, won't my pulse drop too much? Especially in combination with trittico? Please reply

Since Beto, Trittico and Escitalopram are only available with a prescription at the pharmacy, your doctor should decide whether to change the dosage.
Ideally, you should measure your blood pressure regularly, twice a day, and record the results, which you will then present to your doctor at a follow-up visit.
If you observe symptoms such as weakness, daytime headaches, drowsiness during the treatment - then you should consult a doctor, these may be symptoms of hypotension - you may need to change the dosage of these medicines.
If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
