Does Escitalopram affect pressure?

Good morning for 3 months I have been taking escitalopram 15mg all the time I have low blood pressure 105na 63 and I feel weak then. The doctor says that malaise and weakness is from the drug .whether it is a side effect with this pressure or from the head

Side effects of Escitalopram include, m.in. affects the heart rhythm, orthostatic hypotension (when changing body position), feeling tired.
