Good morning. I have a question whether I can combine these drugs. Nolpaza 20mg, Escitalopram Actavis 10mg1x1, Structum 500mg2x1, and Anapran EC 2x1 if so, at what interval is Anaprane. Thank you

The simultaneous use of escitalopram (Escitalopam Actavis) and naproxen (Anapran EC) increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This is especially dangerous for patients with a history of peptic ulcer disease. If medications have been prescribed by different specialists, medical advice should be sought again to determine whether modification of treatment is necessary and whether the mucosal "sheath" of Nolpaz is sufficient in this situation. If the drugs were prescribed by the same doctor, you should strictly follow the recommendations, paying special attention to symptoms such as nausea, feeling of weight, epigastric discomfort, abdominal pain, diarrhea, blood in the stool, tarry stools. If you notice them, contact your doctor immediately.
