Zovirax, opinions and questions

Will regular use of Zovirax duo ointment on the lips affect the effectiveness of two-component contraception? Unfortunately, I have already eaten this ointment from my mouth a few times, so if it got into the stomach, can it reduce the protection? 2. Should I make an interval between taking dairy products – yogurt, milk, coffee with milk, ice cream, and taking a tablet? 3. Can I eat hot meals immediately after the tablet? 4. I am afraid to eat fruit or vegetables for fear that I may exceed the recommended dose of vitamin C... Are my fears right and can I really provide so much of it in food (over 1000mg)?
