The endocrinologist prescribed me glucophage XR, I've been taking it for a year, I've never had any big problems with high glycemia and I'm wondering what the effects of stopping this drug could be, it doesn't bring me any benefits but only occasional abdominal pain.

I've been taking Glucophage 500 in the morning for four days, according to the doctor's recommendations, after a week of taking in the morning I have to introduce another dose of 500 at lunchtime and after another week of taking 500 in the evening. However, I have been taking nebilet 2.5 mg in the morning for three years and I have noticed that I have sugar drops. I have a diagnosis of insulin resistance with reactive hypoglycemia. I postponed taking glucophage an hour later in relation to the nebilet, but my glucose is still dropping sharply. Can nebilet interact with glucophage?
