Previously, I did not care too much about physical activity and diet (even though I do not have weight problems) 165 height and 44 kg of weight. I know that it's a bit of a little, so in addition to taking care of my health and physical condition, I also decided to take care of the right diet for me. I exercise regularly 7 days a week for about 1.5/2 hours and I care about healthy eating. But A few questions arise in my head. Due to the fact that I take birth control pills, I would like to ask if intense physical activity somehow affects the absorption of the pill. I would also like to ask if there are any fruits, vegetables, meats or cereal products such as oatmeal, e.g. that would reduce the effectiveness of contraceptive pills? Not including such obvious ingredients as vitamin C above 1000mg, linseed, plantain stick (if I wrote it wrong, I apologize). I know that you can eat normally and you do not have to take any breaks between eating and that the temperature does not affect it. I would like to include some fruits, vegetables, dairy products or wheat or wholemeal products in the diet but I do not know what I can and what I can not. Regards :)
